When the 8th house happens to be owned by a malefic planet (and is also malefic) and be occupied also by a malefic, or a malefic asterism be there, death will be due to weapon, fire, tiger or snake. If two malefics being in Kendras aspect each other, the native will meet with his death through the displeasure of his sovereign or through a weapon, poison or by fire.

(ङ) यदि आठवें घर का मालिक पापग्रह हो और आठवें घर में पापग्रह बैठे भी हों (या एक भी पापग्रह अष्टम में हो) तो शस्त्र, अग्नि, व्याघ्र, सर्प आदि की पीड़ा होती है। यदि केन्द्र में बैठे हुए दो पाप ग्रह एक दूसरे को पूर्ण दृष्टि से देखते हों तो सरकार की नाराज़गी से, शस्त्र, विष, अग्नि आदि के कारण मृत्यु होती है।
