VedicPupil provides classical Vedic astrology tools, AI-assisted chart analysis, a library of textual resources, and practitioner consultations. The service is operated by Ommune IT Solutions Private Limited.

• You must be 18 years or older to create an account
• One account per person — accounts are not transferable
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

The service uses a prepaid credit system. Credits are purchased via Razorpay in USD. One credit corresponds to one unit of service as displayed at the time of purchase.

• Credits do not expire
• Credits are not transferable between accounts
• Credits cannot be converted to cash

The VedicPupil platform, its methodology, generated reports, and library content are owned by Ommune IT Solutions Private Limited or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without written permission.

You agree not to use the platform for:

• Harassment or abusive conduct toward other users or practitioners
• Distributing false or misleading information
• Circumventing security measures or attempting unauthorized access
• Any unlawful purpose under Indian or applicable international law

Our liability to you is capped at the total amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
