Credits do not expire. There is no monthly clock. You pay for what you use, and nothing else.
How Credits Work
When you add credits to your account, they belong to you. There is no expiry date and no monthly clock running in the background. Credits are consumed only when you actively use a service — chart generation, AI sessions, or live consultations.
All Purchases Are Final
We do not offer cash refunds. Each credit represents pre-allocated computational work — chart processing, AI session capacity, and practitioner scheduling time. Because credits do not expire and can be used at any time, the purchase is considered complete at the point of transaction.
Please do not initiate a chargeback without writing to us first. Email resolves every legitimate issue faster than a chargeback dispute — and chargebacks create problems for both sides without making anything better.
Rescheduling Consultations
You may reschedule a booked consultation at no cost if you request the change at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
If VedicPupil cancels a session or a practitioner becomes unavailable, your session credits are fully restored to your account automatically.
Technical Errors
If something genuinely broke — a report failed to generate, a session disconnected mid-call, or a billing error occurred — write to us. We review every case individually and restore credits where the fault is ours. This is not a bureaucratic process; it is a conversation.
