If at the time of birth the Moon occupies Kumbha and is aspected by Mars and other planets taken in order, the person concerned will be (1) addicted to other people's wives, (2) a king, (3) lord of men, (4) one fond of women not his own, (5) best of kings and (6) respected by men, respectively. If the Moon occupies Meena and is aspected by Mars and other planets taken in order, the person born will be (1) a sinner, (2) witty, (3) a king, (4) a learned man, (5) one intent on doing what is sinful and (6) a sinner respectively.

(xi) यदि चन्द्रमा कुम्भ राशि में हो और किसी ग्रह से दृष्ट हो तो — (१) सूर्य से लोकमान्य, (२) मंगल से अन्य व्यक्तियों की स्त्री में रत, (३) बुध से भूमि का स्वामी, (४) बृहस्पति से नरेन्द्र, (५) शुक्र से वेश्याओं का प्यारा, (६) शनि से राजाओं में श्रेष्ठ। (xii) चन्द्रमा के मीन में होने और किसी ग्रह से दृष्ट होने का फल — (१) सूर्य से दुष्ट कर्म करने वाला, (२) मंगल से पापी, (३) बुध से बुद्धिमान्, (४) बृहस्पति से राजा, (५) शुक्र से विद्वान्, (६) शनि से केवल दोषों पर दृष्टि रखने वाला।
