If, at the time of birth, the Moon occupies Dhanus and be aspected by Mars, the person concerned will be a cheat; if aspected by Mercury, he will protect his kinsmen; if aspected by Jupiter, he will be a ruler of the earth; if by Venus, he will be a support to many people; if by Saturn, he will be a rogue; and if by the Sun, he will be an arrogant fellow. If at the time of birth the Moon occupies Makara and is aspected by Mars and other planets in their order, the person born will be (1) a king, (2) a king, (3) a king, (4) a learned or wise man, (5) wealthy and (6) poor respectively.

(ix) यदि जन्म के समय चन्द्रमा धनु में हो और किसी ग्रह से दृष्ट हो तो विविध ग्रहों की दृष्टि के अनुसार — (१) सूर्य से दृष्ट हो तो दम्भ-युक्त, (२) मंगल से धूर्त, (३) बुध से हो तो बहुत-से आदमियों का स्वामी, (४) बृहस्पति से दृष्ट हो तो राजा या बहुत-से आदमियों पर हुकूमत करने वाला, (५) शुक्र से दृष्ट हो तो बहुत-से आदमियों को आश्रय देने वाला, और (६) शनि से दृष्ट हो तो शठ हो। (x) यदि जन्म के समय चन्द्रमा मकर में हो और किसी ग्रह से दृष्ट हो तो — (१) सूर्य से दरिद्र, (२) मंगल से भूप, (३) बुध से नरेश, (४) बृहस्पति से भूपति, (५) शुक्र से बुद्धिमान् या विद्वान्, और (६) शनि से धनी होता है।
