When the lord of a bhava, the friends of the man (bhavapa) and the lord of the exaltation sign of the bhavapa occupy the 11th, the 2nd and the 3rd places in respect to the bhava, those planets advance the strength of the bhava, provided they be not eclipsed or in an unfriendly sign or in depression.
