If the 5th bhava from the Lagna be a varga of Venus or the Moon and be aspected or occupied by either of them, and if at the same time no malefic planets be in the bhava, the person born will have many children. But if Saturn and Mars should aspect the 5th bhava, he will be bereft of children.
