If a person be born in Bavakarna, he will engage in juvenile works and will be valiant; in Balava, he will be modest in his dress and deportment and will be honored by kings; if in Kaulava, he will have elephants and horses with him and will do all that he does in a handsome way; if in Thaithila, he will speak softly and impressively and will be virtuous.
