The second of the three movements mentioned in the previous sloka occurs in respect to the signs Kataka and Simha. The third, i.e., Simhavalokana, is a direct passage between Meena and Vrischika, as also between Dhanus and Mesha either way. The frog's leap is the direct passage between Kanya and Kataka, as well as Simha and Mithuna (avoiding in each case the intermediate sign).
