When the Moon is in a water-resorting sign and the lord thereof occupies the 6th bhava and is aspected by planets occupying watery signs, the person born will suffer from strangury; when the Moon occupying the 6th or the 8th bhava is aspected by Mars and when Saturn is in the Lagna, the person concerned will suffer from an ailment leading to blood discharges (piles).
