The delivery will take place in the house of the father, mother, paternal uncle or maternal aunt according to the strength of the planet representing these relatives. (This is with reference to rulership of planets governing parents in a day or night birth.) It will happen in an exposed place such as a grave, a rampart or a river bank, if three benefic planets be in their depression houses. If there are three benefics in conjunction at birth and they do not aspect the Lagna and the Moon, the child will be born in a lonely place (forest).

प्रसव पिता, माता, पितृव्य या मातृस्वसा के घर पर होगा — यह इन सम्बन्धियों के प्रतिनिधि ग्रहों के बल के अनुसार निर्धारित होगा। यदि तीन शुभ ग्रह अपनी नीच राशियों में हों, तो प्रसव किसी खुले स्थान — जैसे कब्रिस्तान, प्राचीर या नदी-तट — पर होगा। यदि जन्म के समय तीन शुभ ग्रह युत हों और लग्न तथा चन्द्र को न देखें, तो शिशु का जन्म एकान्त स्थान (वन) में होगा।
