When the Moon is in the Lagna and aspected by a malefic planet and Mars occupies the 7th place, the child perishes being abandoned by the mother. The same happens when Mars and Saturn are in the 11th bhava and the Moon is in the 2nd house. (This is another interpretation.) When a benefic planet aspects the Moon, the child passes into the hands of a person of a class corresponding to the aspecting benefic planet. If another malefic under the above yoga aspects the Lagna, then the child bereft of the mother will fall into the hands of bad people and will die. (Even if cared for by others, the child lives not.)

जब चन्द्र लग्न में हो और पापी ग्रह उसे दृष्टि दे, तथा मंगल सप्तम में हो, तो माँ द्वारा परित्यक्त होने पर शिशु नष्ट हो जाता है। यही फल तब भी होता है जब मंगल और शनि एकादश में हों और चन्द्र द्वितीय में। यदि किसी शुभ ग्रह की चन्द्र पर दृष्टि हो, तो शिशु उस शुभ ग्रह के अनुरूप किसी वर्ग के व्यक्ति को मिल जाता है। यदि उसी योग में कोई अन्य पापी ग्रह लग्न को देखे, तो माँ-विहीन शिशु दुष्ट लोगों के हाथ लगेगा और मर जाएगा।
