If, at the time of birth, the Moon occupies Dhanus and be aspected by Mercury, the person concerned will protect his kinsman; aspected by Jupiter, he will be a ruler of the earth; if by Venus, he will be a support to many people; if the Moon in Dhanus be aspected by any of the malefics, viz., Saturn, the Sun and Mars, the person will be very arrogant and a rogue. If, at the time of birth, the Moon occupies Makara and is aspected by Mercury, the person will be a king; if by Jupiter, he will then also be a king; if by Venus, he will be learned; if by Saturn, he will be wealthy; by the Sun, he will be poor; and if by Mars, he will be a king. If, at the time of birth, the Moon occupies sign Aquarius and is aspected by Mercury, the person concerned will be a king; if aspected by Jupiter, he will be almost equal to a king; if by Venus or any of the malefics, viz., Saturn, the Sun and Mars, he will be addicted to other people's wives. If the Moon occupies Pisces at a person's birth and is aspected by Mercury, he will be clever in creating mirth; if aspected by Jupiter, he will be a king; if by Venus, he will be learned; and if aspected by any of the malefics, he will commit sinful actions.

यदि जन्म-समय में चन्द्र धनु में हो और बुध से दृष्ट हो, तो सम्बन्धित व्यक्ति अपने स्वजनों की रक्षा करेगा; गुरु से दृष्ट हो, तो वह पृथ्वी का शासक होगा; यदि शुक्र से हो, तो वह अनेक लोगों के लिए सहारा होगा; यदि चन्द्र धनु में पाप ग्रहों — शनि, सूर्य और मंगल — में से किसी से दृष्ट हो, तो व्यक्ति अत्यन्त अहंकारी और धूर्त होगा। यदि जन्म-समय में चन्द्र मकर में हो और बुध से दृष्ट हो, तो व्यक्ति राजा होगा; यदि गुरु से हो, तो वह भी राजा होगा; यदि शुक्र से हो, तो वह विद्वान होगा; यदि शनि से हो, तो वह धनवान होगा; सूर्य से हो, तो वह निर्धन होगा; और यदि मंगल से हो, तो वह राजा होगा। यदि जन्म-समय में चन्द्र कुम्भ में हो और बुध से दृष्ट हो, तो सम्बन्धित व्यक्ति राजा होगा; गुरु से दृष्ट हो, तो वह लगभग राजा-समकक्ष होगा; यदि शुक्र अथवा शनि, सूर्य और मंगल में से किसी पाप ग्रह से हो, तो वह परस्त्री-गामी होगा। यदि जन्म-समय में चन्द्र मीन में हो और बुध से दृष्ट हो, तो वह हास्य उत्पन्न करने में निपुण होगा; यदि गुरु से हो, तो वह राजा होगा; यदि शुक्र से हो, तो वह विद्वान होगा; और यदि किसी पाप ग्रह से दृष्ट हो, तो वह पाप-कर्म करेगा।
