When Venus occupies the asterism Aswini in the Lagna and is aspected by three or more planets, he will usher into the world a King who will destroy all his enemies. If the lord of the Lagna be strong and occupy the 2nd Bhava which is neither his depression sign nor is owned by an enemy and be in conjunction with Venus, the person born will become a King.

(क) यदि शुक्र अश्विनी नक्षत्र में स्थित होकर लग्न में स्थित हो और उसे तीन ग्रह देखते हों तो ऐसा व्यक्ति प्रबल राजा होता है जो अपने शत्रुओं को जीतता है। (ख) यदि लग्नेश बलवान् हो और शुक्र के साथ द्वितीय स्थान में स्थित हो (यह द्वितीय भावस्थ राशि लग्नेश या शुक्र की शत्रु राशि या नीच राशि नहीं होनी चाहिये) तो ऐसा व्यक्ति राजा होता है।
