A single planet occupying his highest exaltation point and aspected by friendly planets produces a King. Such a planet will make him immensely wealthy if he be also associated with another friendly planet. The Sun in his own Amsa and the Moon in Swakshetra will make the person born a King endowed with horses and elephants.

(क) यदि एक भी ग्रह उच्च राशि में हो और उसको मित्र ग्रह देखते हों तो ऐसा व्यक्ति राजा होता है। यदि ऐसा उच्च ग्रह मित्र ग्रह से युक्त हो तो मनुष्य धनवान् होता है। (ख) यदि सूर्य अपने नवांश में हो और चन्द्रमा कर्क राशि में हो तो भी उत्तम राजयोग है। यद्यपि मूल श्लोक में सूर्य का अपने अंश में होना और चन्द्रमा का अपनी राशि में होना — ये दो ही बात कही गई हैं, किन्तु सूर्य की राशि भी बलवान् होनी चाहिये और चन्द्रमा का नवांश भी बलवान् होना चाहिये। ऐसा हम अपने विचार से समझते हैं। सूर्य और चन्द्रमा इन दो ग्रहों के बलवान् होने से सारी कुण्डली सुधर जाती है।
