If there be a birth at night when benefics are in depression or inimical houses identical with the 11th, the 6th or the 3rd house, or be in their highest exaltation, or be all posited in the Kendras, with bright rays, and if the Moon be in Karkataka identical with the 10th house, the person born will become an emperor ruling the three worlds under one umbrella.

(क) यदि रात्रि में जन्म हो, (ख) चन्द्रमा कर्क राशि में स्थित होकर दशम में हो, (ग) नीच या शत्रु राशि में स्थित ग्रह लग्न से ३, ६, ११ इन स्थानों में हों अथवा समस्त शुभ ग्रह परमोच्च होकर केन्द्र में हों और कोई शुभ ग्रह अस्त न हो तो ऐसा जातक समस्त संसार का एक छत्रपति राजा होता है।
