Examine the figures in the several houses from the Lagna to the 12th inclusive. In whichever Bhavas there are more figures, transits over these houses will produce good results. Where the figures are less, the effect will be untoward.

लग्न से लेकर व्यय-भाव तक प्रत्येक भाव में सर्वाष्टकवर्ग में कितने शुभ बिन्दु हैं — यह देखकर फलादेश करना चाहिये। अधिक बिन्दु लग्न में हों तो शरीर-स्वास्थ्य उत्तम; धन-स्थान में अधिक हों तो धन-संग्रह विशेष; सप्तम में अधिक हों तो पत्नी-सुख उत्तम; भाग्य में अधिक हों तो विशेष भाग्योदय आदि — उत्कृष्ट फल कहना चाहिये। थोड़े बिन्दु होने से अच्छा फल नहीं होता।
