If the birth be at night, death will happen when Saturn transits through the Rasi and Amsa occupied by the Moon or Mandi; if the birth be at day, death may be expected when Saturn transits the Rasi and Amsa occupied by the sign or which is the 7th, the 5th or the 9th from that occupied by the Sun.

(१) यदि रात्रि का जन्म हो तो मृत्यु तब होगी जब शनि गोचरवश उस राशि और अंश में जा रहा हो जिसमें चन्द्रमा या मान्दि हो। (२) यदि दिन में जन्म है तो मृत्यु उस समय होगी जब जिस राशि और अंश में सूर्य हो उसमें, अथवा उससे ५वें, ७वें या ९वें जब गोचरवश शनि जावे।
