In the case of a person born with the lord of the 10th posited in a Navamsa owned by Mercury, the earning will be through composing poems, the study of sacred scriptures, by being a scribe or through some clerical work, or some trick, through a knowledge of astrology, through the study of the Vedas on other's behalf, by repetition of Mantras, or by playing the role of a priest or by some pretext.
