If the lord of the house occupied by Gulika be possessed of strength and be posited in a Kendra, a Trikona, his own, his exaltation or a friendly house, the person born will own chariots, elephants and horses, will be as beautiful as Cupid, will be highly respected and widely renowned, and he will rule the entire world. Thus ends the 25th Adhyaya on "Upagrahas" in the work Phaladeepika composed by Mantreswara.
