During the Dasa of Mars, the person concerned gets wealth through fire, the king, fighting and the like. There will be influx of money by administering medicines, falsehood, cheating and various cruel actions. He will be always bothered (afflicted) by bilious complaints, impurity of blood and fever; he will have intrigues with low females; he will quarrel with his wife, children, relations and elders, and thereby suffer misery; and he will take delight in (enjoying) other's fortune.

यदि मंगल की दशा हो तो अग्नि, राजा, युद्ध आदि से धन प्राप्त होता है। जातक को झूठ बोलने से, धोखा देने से, औषधि से तथा विविध प्रकार के क्रूर कर्मों से भी धन-लाभ होता है। मंगल की महादशा के समय पित्त-प्रकोप, रक्त-प्रकोप, ज्वर आदि की पीड़ा होती है। वह नीच स्त्री का सेवन करेगा। अपने पुत्र, स्त्री, बन्धु और गुरुओं से विद्वेष होगा और वह दूसरों के भाग्य में लगा हुआ रहेगा — अर्थात् उसके उद्योग से अन्य लोगों का भाग्योदय होगा।
