If, at the time of the birth of any living creature or of a query regarding it, the malefic planets are found to be strong and the benefic ones weak and the Moon occupies the Dwadasamsa of a Viyoni (non-human) sign, the creature born will have the form typified by the Dwadasamsa Rasi of the Moon, not the human form.
