If the lord of the 8th bhava be associated with a malefic planet and the 4th bhava be occupied by an inauspicious planet, the person born will be deceitful; but if the lord of the 8th bhava be in exaltation, in a friendly house, or in its own or a friendly varga and the 4th bhava be aspected by a benefic planet, the person concerned will be candid.
