When Venus occupies the Lagna in conjunction with the lord of the 5th and the 6th bhavas, the person born will run the risk of losing his eyes in consequence of the displeasure of his sovereign. When the lord of the 2nd bhava and Mars are in the Lagna, professors of astrology declare the effect to be ear-ache.
