The chakra consisting of a Dakshina triad of stars should be cast in the Pradakshina order from Mesha to Meena among the 12 Rasis to which the Navamsas composing the triad belong. Again, the 12 quarters of the triad called Uttara (in contrast with Dakshina of the previous sloka) are to be assigned to the 12 Rasis in the Appradakshina order from Vrischika to Dhanus. Thus, Dakshina and Uttara have to be apprehended as distinct each from the other.
