Lords of kendras and trikons related. The kendras are known as Vishnu sthanas — the bhavas of Lord Vishnu. The trikons are called Lakshmi sthanas — the bhavas of Lakshmi. If the lord of a kendra establishes a relationship with the lord of a trikon, a Raja Yoga is formed.

Plain English gloss

Kendras = Vishnu sthanas; trikons = Lakshmi sthanas. A kendra lord related to a trikon lord forms Raja Yoga.
