The Lord is in all beings and the entire Universe is in Him. All beings contain both Jīvātmā and Paramātmā aṁśas. Some have predominance of the former while yet some have the latter in predominance. Paramātmāṁśa is predominant in the Grahas, viz. Sun etc., and in Brahmā, Śiva and others. Their powers or consorts too have predominance of Paramātmāṁśa. Others have more of Jīvātmāṁśa.

भगवान् समस्त प्राणियों में हैं, और सम्पूर्ण विश्व उन्हीं में है । सभी जीव जीवात्मा एवं परमात्मा दोनों अंशों से युक्त हैं । किन्हीं में पूर्व का प्राधान्य है, किन्हीं में परवर्ती का । सूर्यादि ग्रहों, ब्रह्मा, शिव आदि में परमात्मांश की प्रधानता है । उनकी शक्तियाँ अथवा सहचरियाँ भी परमात्मांश-प्रधान हैं । अन्य जीवों में जीवात्मांश की प्रधानता रहती है ।
