Finding that the malefic planets are strong and in their own Dwadasamsas while the benefic planets are strengthless and in Dwadasamsas not their own; and finding also that the rising sign is a Viyoni, the astrologer may announce the birth of a Viyonijanma as before (i.e., corresponding in form to that indicated by the 12th portion of the sign occupied by the Moon, provided the Rasi owning the 12th portion in question is a Viyoni one). [Bhattotpala interprets Swabhagaga to mean 'in his Navamsa.']
