If there are malefic planets in the 1st and 2nd houses which have not risen (wishing to rise), and the Lagna is not aspected by any benefic, the woman who has conceived will die before giving birth. If Saturn be in the Lagna and be aspected by the waning Moon and Mars, the woman who has conceived must die.
