When four planets whereof Mercury should be one come together in a decanate of a sign, that part of the body indicated by the drekkana will invariably get an ulcer or wound or some mark, according as the planets coming together are benefic or malefic. The part of the body indicated by the decanate occupied by Venus (in case Venus becomes an Asubha) will have an ulcer, wound or mark. [This applies if Venus is alone.] If Venus be aspected by a benefic, a mole or mark will be caused. If he be in conjunction with benefics, the person will possess an auspicious mark in the portion of the body indicated.

जब चार ग्रह — जिनमें बुध अवश्य हो — किसी राशि के एक द्रेष्काण में एक साथ हों, तो उस द्रेष्काण से संकेतित शरीर के अंग पर अनिवार्य रूप से घाव, चोट या चिह्न होगा — यह इस बात पर निर्भर करेगा कि युत ग्रह शुभ हैं या पापी। शुक्र (जब वह अशुभ हो) जिस द्रेष्काण में हो, उससे संकेतित शरीर के अंग पर घाव, चोट या चिह्न होगा। यदि अकेले शुक्र पर शुभ ग्रह की दृष्टि हो, तो तिल या निशान होगा। यदि वह शुभ ग्रहों के साथ हो, तो उस अंग पर शुभ चिह्न होगा।
