In the case of a dual sign happening to be the Ascendant, the Lagna dasa will be bad, mixed or good according as the rising decanate is the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd. In the case of a moveable sign, this order is reversed. In a fixed sign, the Lagna dasa will be bad, good or mixed if the rising decanate be the 1st, 2nd or 3rd, respectively.
