Satyacharya says 'Sign Aquarius as Ascendant is not auspicious.' Yavanas immediately contradict the same by saying 'No, no, Satya is not correct; it is only the Dwadasamsas owned by the sign Aquarius that are bad in all Rasis.' Vishnugupta at once asks 'Which sign has not got such a sub-division as Kumbha Dwadasamsa?' The remarks are not therefore warranted.

सत्याचार्य कहते हैं 'कुम्भ राशि लग्न के रूप में शुभ नहीं है।' यवन तुरन्त इसका खण्डन यह कहते हुए करते हैं 'नहीं, नहीं, सत्य सही नहीं हैं; केवल कुम्भ राशि द्वारा स्वामित्व वाले द्वादशांश ही सभी राशियों में अशुभ हैं।' विष्णुगुप्त तत्काल पूछते हैं 'किस राशि में कुम्भ-द्वादशांश जैसा उप-विभाजन नहीं है?' अतः ये टिप्पणियाँ औचित्यपूर्ण नहीं हैं।
