If at a birth the Moon be posited between two malefics (Mars and Saturn) and the Sun occupy sign Capricorn, the person concerned will suffer from Pleurisy, Tuberculosis, Bronchitis, Scrofula, or Asthma (diseases of the chest). If the Sun and the Moon are placed in each other's houses or Navamsas, the man suffers from Tuberculosis. If the Sun and the Moon in conjunction be in the same sign either in Leo or Cancer, he will have a longstanding disease and will be a weakling.

यदि किसी जन्म पर चन्द्र दो पाप ग्रहों (मंगल और शनि) के बीच अधिष्ठित हो और सूर्य मकर में हो, तो सम्बन्धित व्यक्ति फुफ्फुस-शोथ, क्षय, ब्रोंकाइटिस, गण्डमाला अथवा दमा (छाती के रोगों) से पीड़ित होगा। यदि सूर्य और चन्द्र एक-दूसरे के भावों अथवा नवांशों में अधिष्ठित हों, तो व्यक्ति क्षय रोग से पीड़ित होगा। यदि सूर्य और चन्द्र की युति एक ही राशि में सिंह अथवा कर्क में हो, तो उसे दीर्घकालिक रोग होगा और वह दुर्बल होगा।
