When Saturn is rising and Venus is in the 7th house and in a Rikshasandhi (identical with the end of Cancer, Scorpio or Pisces), the wife will never conceive if the 5th house is not occupied by any benefic planet. If malefics be placed in the Lagna, 7th and 12th, severally or conjointly, and if the waning Moon be in the 5th house, then the person born will have neither wife or children.

जब शनि उदित हो रहा हो और शुक्र 7वें भाव में ऋक्षसन्धि (कर्क, वृश्चिक अथवा मीन के अन्त के समान) में हो, तो यदि 5वाँ भाव किसी शुभ ग्रह से अधिष्ठित न हो, तो पत्नी कभी गर्भधारण नहीं करेगी। यदि पाप ग्रह लग्न, 7वें और 12वें में अकेले अथवा संयुक्त रूप से अधिष्ठित हों, और क्षीण चन्द्र 5वें भाव में हो, तो जन्म लेने वाले व्यक्ति को न पत्नी होगी न सन्तान।
