If there is a pleasant breeze at the time of birth and the sky is with pleasing clouds and the heavenly bodies be with splendour, the evils disappear in a fillip, just as rains settle dust. If birth takes place, when Agasthya and others of Saptharshis (Alfa Carini, or Great Bear) rise, all evils are destroyed, just as darkness disappears, when the Sun rises.

यदि अरिष्टकारक ग्रह किसी ग्रह से घिरा हुआ (युत) पापग्रह से दृष्ट हो तो अरिष्ठ का नाश करता है, जैसे सूर्यग्रहण के समय कुरुक्षेत्र में स्नान करने से पाप का नाश होता है । यदि जन्मकाल में सुन्दर मन्द वायु तथा मेघ हों और ग्रहसमुदाय बली व निर्मल बिम्ब हो तो क्षणभर में अरिष्ट का शमन होता है, जैसे जलधारा धूलिसमुदाय का शमन करती है
