The Moon, being bright, if be in her exaltation Rasi, or in her own Rasi along with Jupiter and Venus in aspect to Mercury, or the Moon in 5th is capable of giving extreme auspiciousness in respect of the natives mother. The Sun so placed proves auspicious for father.

यदि जन्म के समय पञ्चम भाव में परिपुर्ण चन्द्रमा गुरु वा शुक्र से युत हो और बुध से दृष्ट हो तथा अपनी राशि में वा उच्चराशि में स्थित हो तो माता के लिये अत्यन्त शुभफल देता है । इसी प्रकार सूर्य अपनी राशि में या स्वोच्च राशि में शुक्र गुरु से युत पंचम भाव में बुध से दृष्ट हो तो पिता को सुख देनेवाला होता हैं
