The lord of the Lagna produces the effects pertaining to the Bhava with whose lord he is conjoined, or the one occupied by him. If the Bhava or its lord be strong, good will result from that Bhava; if weak, one has to expect only untoward things.

लग्नेश किस भावेश के साथ रहता है उस भावेश का या जिस भाव में रहता है उस भाव का फल देता है। यदि भाव और उसका स्वामी बलवान् हो तो उस भाव सम्बन्धी सुख होता है। यदि बलहीन हो तो उस भाव सम्बन्धी कष्ट होता है।
