If the lord of the 4th bhava, Jupiter and Mercury be in the 6th, 3rd, 12th or the 8th place from the Lagna, or if they be in depression or inimical signs, the effect of the yoga will be to make the person born devoid of learning, intelligence and judgment. But if these planets be in their exaltation or swakshetra or in a Trikona or Kendra position, the person born will be perfect in the combination of such advantages as fortune, learning and education, and will become a favourite of kings and emperors.
