The lord of the 4th bhava occupying its own house, or any other strong planet therein, will easily lead to the acquisition of a house. If the lord of the 4th bhava occupy a dusthana or if the planet occupying the 4th bhava has strength for evil, the house falling to the lot of the person born will be either crazy or haunted.
