If, in any horoscope, the four planets — viz. the lord of the 4th and the 9th bhavas reckoned from the lord of the Lagna and the planets occupying the two bhavas — be strong in auspicious vargas and related to the Lagna in some way, and if they wherever possible be associated with or aspected by one another, the person concerned will be a king long-lived, energetic, in possession of four-cornered vehicles, large wealth and other symbols of sovereignty.
