If the full Moon in conjunction with a planet other than the lord of the Lagna be aspected by Venus, Mercury and Jupiter, the person born will be a king. Again, if Jupiter, Venus and Mars occupy Vargottamamsa and malefic planets be not in Kendra houses, the person born under this yoga becomes a ruler of men.
