When the planets occupy Kanya, Mesha, Thula, Simha and Kumbha, the person born is a king. When the planets are in the 3rd, the 5th and the 4th bhavas, the person born becomes ruler of countries abounding in great wealth. If the 3rd, the 4th, the 5th, the 2nd, the 9th, the 1st and the 7th be occupied each by a planet, the person born will become a just king.
