When the lords of the 5th and the 6th bhavas are in Kendra positions with respect to each other and when the lord of the lagna is strong, the yoga which results is named Sankha. The Sankha yoga is also said to exist when the lord of the Lagna is well disposed and the lord of the 10th bhava occupies a moveable sign and the lord of the 9th bhava is strong.
