शशिनि विनयवित्तज्ञानधीनैपुणानि ।
अहनि निशि च चन्द्रे स्वाधिमित्रंशके वा
सुर्गुरुसितदृष्टे वित्तवान् स्यात् सुखी च

English
According as the Moon occupies a Kendra, an Apoklima or a Panapara in respect to the Sun, the result is the lowest, middling or highest. If the Moon be in its own Navamsa or in that of a very friendly planet and if it be aspected by Jupiter, the person born will be wealthy; if it be aspected by Venus, he will be happy — in both cases without regard to when the birth takes place.
