There is Ganda at the conclusion of a Gandatara such as Revati, Aslesha or Jyeshta at night and at the commencement of a Gandatara such as Aswini, Magha or Moola during the day and at the junction of a pair of Gandataras in the junctions between day and night. This is the distinguishing mark of a Ganda period.
