In the case adverted to in the preceding sloka, the repairing to a foreign country will continue as long as the Chakra in question lasts. If one, and not both, of the above conditions have the characteristic of movability, the astrologer should decide the question of the person going to a foreign country or being in his native place just as the balance of forces tends to the one or to the other.
