When the lord of the 6th bhava in conjunction with a malefic planet occupies the 1st or the 8th bhava, the person born will have ulcers in his body. When the planet described before (i.e., the lord of the 6th bhava in conjunction with a malefic planet) occupies the 10th bhava and is without benefic aspect, the person concerned will have ulcer scars.
