When the waning Moon occupies the Lagna, the person born will be deaf, defective in some limb and a menial servant. If the Moon in the above position be also in conjunction with a malefic planet, there will be no vitality in the person born and he will soon be dead. If the Moon in the Lagna be in its exaltation or own house, the effect of it is that the person born will have abundance of wealth, fame and much beauty. If the Moon in the Lagna be full, the person born will attain long life and become learned.
