The following seven are termed Chhidra Grahas or planets of vulnerability: (1) the lord of the 8th bhava; (2) the planet occupying the same; (3) the planet aspecting the 8th; (4) the lord of Khara, i.e., the 22nd Drekkana from that of the Lagna; (5) the planet in conjunction with the lord of the 8th; (6) the lord of the 64th Navamsa from that occupied by the Moon; and (7) the Athisathru of the lord of the 8th house. Whichever of them is strongest, in the dasa of that planet should an astrologer predict death.
