Auspicious effects like acquisition of land, gain of wealth and grains, acquisition of a house etc., will be derived in the Antardasa of Mars in the Dasa of the Sun if Mars be in his sign of exaltation, in his own sign, in kendra or trikona. All round gains, attainment of the position of a commander of the army, destruction of enemies, peace of mind, family comforts, and increase in the number of children will be the effects if Mars be in conjunction with the lord of the Ascendant.

(i) सूर्य महादशा में मंगल की अन्तर्दशा हो तथा मंगल स्वोच्च या स्वक्षेत्र या एकादश भाव में हो या लग्न से केन्द्र त्रिकोण में हो तो शुभ कार्य सम्पन्न होते हैं । (ii) भूमि का लाभ, कृषि वृद्धि, धन-धान्य में वृद्धि, जमीन-जायदाद का लाभ, लाल वस्त्रों की प्राप्ति होती है । (iii) लग्नेश व मंगल साथ हों तो सुख व राजप्रीति होती है । यदि 9, 11 भावेश से युक्त हो तो लाभयोग बनता है । (iv) बहुत सी सेना का स्वामित्व, शत्रु नाश, मन में उत्साह व हिम्मत, अपने बन्धुओं का सुख व भाइयों की बढ़ोत्तरी होती है ।
